On behalf of the Lasker Foundation, I invite you to submit a nomination for the 2024 Lasker Medical Research Awards.

Since 1945, Lasker Awards have recognized the contributions of scientists, physicians, and public citizens who have made major advances in the understanding, diagnosis, treatment, cure, and prevention of disease.

In 2024, the Medical Research Awards will be offered in two categories: Basic Research andClinical Research. The Lasker~Bloomberg Public Service Award will be given in 2024; to submit a nomination, go here.

The Lasker Foundation seeks nominations of outstanding scientists; nominations of women and minorities are encouraged.

Lasker Awards often presage future Nobel Prizes, and they have become known popularly as America’s most prestigious biomedical award. Ninety-seven Lasker Laureates have received the Nobel Prize, including nine in the last six years.

A distinguished panel of jurors will select the scientists to be honored with Lasker Medical Research Awards. The Awards will be announced to the public in September 2024.
